GABE TEEPLE

TRAINER 

Gabe Teeple brings a high level of expertise to the Resilient training floor. His education, which includes a bachelor’s from Tennessee Technical University and a master’s from Virginia Tech, combined with 20 years of coaching experience and his intense desire to help others excel, makes him one of the top strength coaches in the region.

Coach Teeple has coached various populations at various levels, ranging from the general population to professional athletes. He worked in the collegiate setting for 11 years, including stops at Virginia Tech, the University of Wyoming, and Vanderbilt University. Coach Teeple’s journey in college athletics culminated with his position as director of baseball strength & conditioning at Vanderbilt from 2011 to 2013.

Coach Teeple’s professional journey then took a turn, and he landed at TNB Fitness in Nashville, where he served as the head strength coach for the next six years. He joins Resilient Health & Performance with the energy and enthusiasm to help others move well and feel well. Coach Teeple’s professional interests include kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, sport-specific athletic development, and functional fitness for various goals.

When Gabe is not helping others get better, he enjoys personal time with his wife and son as well as hunting, fishing, and paddle boarding.
