ERIN O'HARA

DR. OF PHYSICAL THERAPY

Dr. Erin O’Hara was born and raised in Wilton, Connecticut, and received her bachelor's degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She played field hockey for two years before sustaining an injury, which led her to work as a student athletic trainer. This is when her interest in sports medicine truly began.

Dr. O’Hara later earned her doctorate of physical therapy from Emory University in 2012, during which time her interest in sports medicine rehabilitation continued to grow. She is passionate about helping individuals return to an active lifestyle, improve movement patterns, and take an active role in their individual care plan.

When Erin isn’t at Resilient, she enjoys spending time with friends and her dog, Maverick. She loves being active, enjoying the outdoors, listening to music, cooking, and experiencing new restaurants.
