DR. ELISABETH PAULEY

DR. OF PHYSICAL THERAPY

Born and raised in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area, Dr. Elisabeth (Lissa) Pauley found her love for movement and healing at a young age. Lissa grew up training as a preprofessional ballerina through high school and continued to perform during college, ultimately competing in the International World Ballet Competition and Youth American Grand Prix. Dr. Pauley began her education journey at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she studied kinesiology.

At the University of Tennessee, Dr. Pauley’s passion for improving human biomechanics took off, and from there she went on to earn her doctorate of physical therapy at Belmont University. Dr. Pauley is passionate about treating patients and empowering them with the tools to help themselves and increase the longevity of their results. She also enjoys working with athletic populations to help them return to their passions better and more confident than when they walked in the door.

Outside of work Lissa spends time exercising, taking Pilates classes, reading, traveling, and trying new restaurants in Nashville with friends.
