BOBBY WEST

TRAINER

Bobby West brings a diverse skill set to our Resilient team. A Nashville native with over 14 years of experience, Coach West most recently served as the coaching director at The Balance Training in Belle Meade. While serving a diverse clientele from musicians to models and everything in between, his main focus is regular people over 45 who simply want to improve their health and well-being.

Before joining the private sector, Bobby spent several years training high-level athletes, including time with Vanderbilt Athletics, the U.S. Olympic Training Center, and the Colorado Rockies. In addition to his bachelors in exercise science from Middle Tennessee State University, and his masters from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, he has continued to develop his professional expertise with certifications from the NSCA, Functional Range Systems, and Precision Nutrition.

Outside of the Resilient gym, Bobby enjoys spending his time with his wife, Rachel, and their dog, Banner. He enjoys hiking, road cycling, and cooking.
