DR. ANIA TAMPA

DR. OF PHYSICAL THERAPY

Growing up in Florida, Dr. Ania fell in love with running early on and carried that passion to Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, where she competed as a Division I cross country and track athlete, served as captain of her cross-country team, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology.

Her years of training and competing gave her firsthand experience with both the highs of performance and the frustrations of injury, sparking her interest in helping others stay active and resilient. After college, she developed a passion for triathlons, where training across swimming, biking, and running deepened her appreciation for whole-body performance and continues to shape her approach to care.

She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, and has found great joy working with active individuals and endurance athletes. Her approach to care is collaborative and individualized, emphasizing movement quality and long-term performance.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find her logging miles on the Percy Warner trails, spending time with family, or winding down with a good book.
