YOUR INITIAL VISIT

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first appointment. This allows ample time to complete all registration forms and gather information so your insurance can be verified before your appointment begins. Our doctors take pride in running on time and arriving early allows them to stay on schedule.

After you have arrived and checked in at Resilient Health & Performance you will have an opportunity to sit and speak with  Dr. Renkens or Dr Leist, where you will thoroughly review and discuss your health history and any other relevant information.

Following the consultation, Dr. Renkens or Dr. Leist will perform a series of screens and assessments to better determine the cause of your pain and dysfunction and how he can help you.  This process will consist of thorough orthopedic, neurological, radiological (if necessary), movement analysis, and soft tissue assessments.  In addition, we analyze gait, range of motion, and assess your postural presentation.  If at any time during your assessment or treatment other tests such as MRI, CT, blood work, or consultation with another specialist is needed, we will happily provide for our patients the best possible level of care. After gathering all pertinent information, appropriate treatment is provided.

Because of the active nature of the examination and treatment, we ask that you please wear or bring loose fitting clothing if possible.

What information do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a photo ID, valid insurance card and any previous medical records that may pertain to your injury.

How long will my appointment take?

How much does treatment cost if I don't have insurance?
