Group Fitness

At Resilient Health and Performance, we offer Group Fitness Classes designed to push each of our clients to their physical limits while providing a fun, safe, and community oriented environment.  Our goal at RH&P is never to put a client in a position where their health and safety is compromised while also striving to provide a training environment where people can thrive and unlock their inner athlete.  At RH&P, we believe that every client is an athlete and we treat each of our clients as such.  While the workouts at RH&P are not for the faint of heart, they are designed to meet the needs of any level athlete.

The Workout

Each workout at Resilient Health and Performance is different and everyday clients will be challenged and pushed to limits they didn’t think were possible.  Workouts are designed to cover all aspects of a well-rounded fitness program, including areas of strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and mobility.  Our workouts always include an aspect of strength followed by a high intense cardio workout.  They are guaranteed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and leave you pouring in sweat while putting your body in a state to burn calories the rest of the day!

The Coaches

At Resilient Health and Performance, our coaches all have the experience, education, and certifications to deliver a World Class Workout.  All of our coaches have Master’s degrees and are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Our coaches’ experience includes working with Division 1 and professional athletes, celebrities, top level high school athletes, and all general populations.  Our coaches are well versed in keeping our clients safe and our goal is to never put someone in a position to be injured but rather to put clients in a position to succeed in the gym and in all areas of their lives.

The Facility

Resilient Health and Performance is outfitted with the most cutting edge fitness equipment that is designed to put our clients in a position to succeed.  We are outfitted with a Rogue Infinity Rig, Concept 2 Rowers and Ski Ergs, Assault Bikes, Barbells and Bumper Plates, Kettlebells, Sleds, and 30 yards of turf.  Our equipment allows us to program high intense, functional workouts and turn our clients into the absolute best version of themselves.  We are also outfitted with state of the art men’s and women’s locker rooms that include Digilock Lockers, showers with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and a free towel service.

Personal Training

In addition to our Group Fitness Classes, at Resilient Health and Performance we are the preeminent location for personal training in the greater Nashville area.  No other location in Nashville rivals our personal training program and we believe that what we offer is the best in the business.  Whether you are coming off of an injury, looking to improve in a specific athletic endeavor, or simply looking for more one on one attention to your fitness routine, Resilient Health and Performance has you covered!  Our personal training is designed to push you to new physical limits and enable you to accomplish your specific goals.  We use cutting edge, scientific methods to design an individualized program that is tailored just for you.

The Process

Prior to your first personal training workout, one of our expert coaches will meet with you to discuss your training goals, prior injury history, and take you through a Functional Movement Screen (FMS).  All of these steps are implemented in order for our coaches to design the most individualized and specific program that is just for you!  The FMS is designed to enable our coaches to identify any and all deficiencies you have in your body’s movement patterns.  The screen will help us identify deficiencies and strengths in 7 specific areas, the Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, Inline Lunge, Shoulder Mobility, Straight Leg Raise, Push Up, and Rotary Stability.  All of the scores are recorded and kept in your individual folder where your coach can look back to see your progress.  After your initial meeting and FMS, your coach will design your program and you will be ready to reach new heights in your fitness!

Private 1-on-1

 Private sessions are one hour in length and include specific testing and exercise prescriptions.

1 - session $90

8 - Sessions $680

Semi-Private 2-4 people

Semi-private training in small groups

This package is our most popular. It's great for those who enjoy the accountability of a small group.

Group Classes

Our weekly classes are specifically designed to include mobility, strength and work capacity. Each daily workout will include a variety of movements with an emphasis on safety.
